Return Policy

We know that you will be pleased with your purchase from ebuyleb.com. However, in case of manufacturing fault / damaged items you will need to returns items to us.

Below is the return policy of ebuyleb Items.

Item not delivered

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 2 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.

Returns using your own method of delivery

If you elect to return the defective item to us using other than our preferred carrier, we will refund up to $3.30 of the costs incurred by you.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us immediately or within 1 working day. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement and reimburse your $3.3 return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement and reimburse your $3.3 return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

ebuyleb will not be liable to replace an item that fall under the following categories:

- The Buyer makes further use of such item without our consent after notifying us of the defect/damage.

- The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our written instructions as to the storage or use of the items.

- The Buyer alters or repairs such item without our written consent.

- We reserve the right not to replace or accept returns if item purchased were in good functional conditions after our final inspection.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

Some items include the manufacturer warranty and this will be clearly stated in the item description. If these items develop a fault, and it's more than 3 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

Condition: Refurbished, Damage Package & Used Items

Please note that this range of items are sold as is, and therefore no returns or claims will be accepted.

Cancel an order

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to cancel it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision immediately before the delivery dispatch has been made.

Item falsely marketed?

ebuyleb will fully refund you if the item purchased by us was falsely marketed on ebuyleb.com.

Need to return an item?

You can request a return using our easy to use, online returns system which is accessed via your account. State clearly the fault of the item to be returned in your email. ebuyleb will review your request and once approved/rejected, you'll be notified by e-mail.
